Harun is currently working as a postdoctoral research fellow at CONNECT/Trinity College Dublin, investigating large antenna systems from the perspective of complex systems, reversibility and nonlinear dynamics. At the same time, he investigates new writing forms through Stranger Fictions workshops, SF and sci-comm writing. His publishing record includes more than 20 papers in control and communications engineering, artificial intelligence, robotics and applied mathematics, series of sci-comm texts (published in Forbes, Apple News, HuffPo, RTE Brainstorm) and a collection of short SF stories (Murder on the Einstein Express and Other Stories, Springer Verlag, 2016).
