Born in 1980, Wataru Ishigame is an editor of Tokyo Sogensha, one of major Japanese SFF publishers. He is mainly in charge of translation works by English authors including Ann Leckie, Jo Walton, Lavie Tidhar, Peter Watts, and Ian McDonald since 2011 while he also loves domestic works. He translated two short stories by Peter Watts and Karen Joy Fowler in 2011.
